Deirdre Azzopardi

DIR® Floortime™ Therapist OTD

I have been an occupational therapist for over 30 years, working with children and families in both private and public school settings. I have a doctoral degree in occupational therapy and a master’s degree in psychology.

I am also a registered yoga teacher for both adults and children (RYT 200 and RCYT 95), as well as a trained mindfulness instructor. I love sharing and have joyfully led countless trainings on bringing mindfulness/yoga into schools and homes.

I believe in the power of relationships and play as a longtime DIR practitioner.

I hold an Advanced Certificate in DIR (Floortime) training, SIPT certification, SOS feeding training, and a year-long Foundations Certificate in Self-Reg. Children have always been my very best teachers, and I feel blessed every day to serve neurodiverse children and their families.
