Brain Gym PACE exercises

PACE exercises are easy to learn, quick to perform and yet, are highly effective.

They are part of Brain Gym®, a program developed by Dr. Paul & Gail Dennison in which a series of movements are performed in order to improve the brain-body connection, resulting in enhanced processing, learning, coordination, and organization.

It is a popular tool used in schools to effectively prepare a student for learning but has also been proven effective in other areas including helping athletes improve their coordination, and executives improve their productivity.

Try incorporating these exercises into your child’s at-home routine and you should see enhanced focus, calm, cooperation, and performance.

Therapists who regularly perform these exercises with their students have noted improvements in their own abilities!

Here are flashcards that explain and demonstrate each of the PACE exercises.
