Building an Obstacle Course at Home

Obstacle courses are a popular choice in kids therapy because they address many challenges in one fun activity. You might not have a trampoline, swing or tunnel to use, but with some imagination and creativity you can make a super fun obstacle course at home! Here is one that is set up with just painter's tape and pictures to model the moves.
